Ours is a small motel apartment and condo complex of thirteen units located on a quiet street which runs along the east side of Lemon Bay situated less than two miles from Englewood Beach and one mile from the art galleries and shops of historic Englewood Village. All units are fully equipped for extended stays including fully equipped kitchens.
The unit mix is seven one bedroom efficiency units of 400 square feet, two cottage style one bedroom units of 500 to six hundred square feet and four two bedroom condo units of 900 square feet situated in a private courtyard ringed with coconut palms and a barbecue / social area. All units have undergone an extensive remodel in December of 2006 and January 2007.
Our daily, weekly and monthly 2011 winter season rates vary from $100/$140 per night, $475.00/$575 per week and $1,800.00/$2,200 per month plus tax respectively. Our summer season rates and special offers for extended stays, April 15 to Jan 1, are significantly lower and may vary considerably depending on occupancy.
